All adventure challenges need a mascot but none will find one as loyal (or as smelly) as Arthur.
After a long search, James has finally chosen his steed!
In keeping with the environmental theme of the challenge, James decided on a used touring bike to restore and renovate for the project,
The bike is a 1992 Dawes Super-Galaxy. A classic, Reynolds 531 Steel framed British touring bike with legendary status in the cycle-touring world. Bought on a budget, it took a bit of TLC and upgrading to bring it up to speed for the journey but for James this only enriched the challenge further.
The most important part of the team are the friends, family and followers whose support and motivation will keep James inspired to carry on.
